Monitoring that respects where your systems actually run
Blink Uptime is a control plane for availability: configure monitors, confirm failures across locations, alert humans, and publish status — with Checkers that can live on our edge or inside your network.
Why we built it
Public ping from a single region is table stakes. Real systems fail inside private networks, across weird DNS paths, and only when two independent viewpoints agree something is wrong.
Blink keeps the dashboard and data model hosted, so the team shares one source of truth — while Checkers remain portable processes you can place wherever signal is honest.
What we won’t do
- · Hide pricing behind “contact us” for basic fleets
- · Force every check through a black-box region you can’t extend
- · Page you from a single flaky path when multi-location is enabled
Architecture at a glance
Laravel app
Livewire dashboard, team auth, incidents, status pages, Sanctum API, notification routing.
Results store
Probe results and denormalized monitor status with configurable retention and prune jobs.
Checkers
Probe workers (HTTP, TCP, ping, DNS, heartbeat) identified by location tokens, hosted or self-run.
